Ken Palmero has reorganized the company's production facility, updating everything from pallet racks and product identification systems, new production/accounting software, and new customer service to computer/phone systems, Incorporating the most advanced procedures in the industry. Palmero Health Care has added 40,000 square feet of warehouse space and reorganized the entire production facility. The company modernized procedures to become ISO 9001:1994 certified and later upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 certification.
